April 01 — God Has Spoken There is strife and division in the religious world, even in churches of Christ, over things about which the Bible is silent. Some take liberties with God's silence; others legislate. It is our purpose in this message to help heal some divisive wounds.
April 08 — The Power of His Resurrection No! We do not believe in the celebration of Easter as a special biblically authorized holiday. However, since American religion is so steeped in the tradition and many minds are attuned to it, we use the occasion to teach the truth about it.
April 15 — A Cappella Is the Music of the Church Most of American religion is now in a state of strife and division over cultural influences upon our practices. Churches of Christ are no exception. We do not usually "display our dirty linen," as it were. However, we feel we must speak to what we sincerely believe to be the truth about music in Christian worship.
April 22 — Seven Things God Hates The Bible says, "God is love." Therefore some of us may be worshiping a mental image of a god who does not "hate". However, God specifically says there are seven things He hates. What are they? Shouldn't His children hate them, too?
April 29 — The Kingdom of Christ Pre-millennialism is a doctrine that says we are now living in the period immediately prior to the coming of Christ to establish His kingdom and rule the world from His throne in Jerusalem. We are asked, "When Christ comes, will He establish His throne in Jerusalem?" Here is our answer.
