December 03 — WHAT DOES IS MEAN TO BE LOST?

People live in different states. Some live in a state of “innocence” all their lives. They never develop mentally beyond infancy. Others live in a state of “guilt,” never seeking forgiveness. Some are needlessly and carelessly lost. Others are saved. Learn how in this lesson.

December 10 — LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST

Some years ago the wife of an elder in a church of Christ wrote, “Swiftly we’re turning life’s daily pages. Swiftly the hours are changing to years...” She is so right. If we haven’t already, let’s learn now how to live life to the fullest.

Princeton University physicist Freeman Dyson is quoted in a book I am reading as saying, “The more I examine the universe and the details of its architecture, the more evidence I find that the universe in some way must have known we were coming.” Join me and I’ll tell you more about the book and a message about God.

December 24 — WHY JESUS CAME

No! We do not believe Christmas is a biblically authorized celebration of the birth of Jesus. However, since attention is focused so greatly on that theme right now, we want to take advantage of the moment to tell others why Jesus came. Join us.

December 31 — TODAY

Someone has said, “Today is the tomorrow we talked about yesterday.” And, if the Lord doesn’t come before tomorrow, most of us will be beginning a brand new year. The sooner we learn that “tomorrow” really never comes, the better we can live today.
