Last week we studied about worshiping God "in spirit and in truth." When, where and how did the New Testament churches of Christ worship? Would it be wise for churches to follow their good example today? Or was it good?

October 8 - FAITH AND WORKS

Some verses in God's word are frequently cited to show that salvation is by "faith only" and not by "works." Other passages clearly place baptism as the final act that brings the penitent believer into Christ for salvation. Which is true?

October 15 - THE PROBLEM OF HUMAN SUFFERING

Everyone suffers in this present evil world --saints and sinners alike. In spite of what you may have heard some TV preacher say, Christ did not come to earth and suffer in all points as we suffer, to deliver us from a life here without suffering, but to deliver us from suffering in the world to come.

October 22 - DID NEW TESTAMENT CHRISTIANS KEEP THE SABBATH?

Two questions coming out of our limited discussions in June and August about churches of Christ, who we are and what we believe, are the ones we've used as the title for this program.

October 29 - TOMORROW

God told Joshua to charge the people of Israel to "sanctify yourselves for tomorrow for the Lord will do wonders among you." (Joshua 3:5). A few days later he is told by the Lord to instruct the people to sanctify themselves "against tomorrow." What will you do "tomorrow” ?
