September 3 - ANNIVERSARY PROGRAM The SEARCH program began on the first Sunday in September 1980. This program will mark the beginning of our 27th year of continual TV and radio broadcasting. It will be a review and committment to our original five-fold purpose.
September 10 - “DID GOD REALLY SAY THAT?” The title of today’s message is a quote of the serpent in the Garden of Eden according to a modern translation. That isn’t to be taken as an endorsement of that or all modern translations. It serves only as the title of today’s message.
September 17 - THE HOLY SPIRIT & MIRACLES IN TODAY’S CHURCH We recently had four programs identifying churches of Christ. But we didn’t have time to discuss all its marks of identity. Some viewers noticed. They asked why we don’t believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit and miracles.
September 24 - WORSHIP IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH Jesus said, “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” Worship is not the purpose of the church, but the worship of God is characteristic of a Christian. Jesus gave the formula.
