April 3 - THE DOOR WAS SHUT

Jesus’ invitation is “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” (Matt. 11:28). Yet, the words of the title of this message are Jesus’ words. While Jesus was “inclusive,” it’s obvious He was also “exclusive.” A contradiction? Let us see.

April 10 - WORSHIP REJECTED?

Perhaps you have been out driving on Sunday morning, and you’ve been impressed with the huge number of cars you see on the parking lots of the many churches in your town. Why do so many people attend church? Are all these different kinds worship of God acceptable with Him?

April 17 - YOU ARE IMPORTANT

More and more unbelievers are coming to believe that man is a creation instead of a biological accident of evolution. The reason for their change is “design.” Design demands a designer. The Bible says we are “the offspring of God.” That makes every person very important. Wouldn’t you agree?

April 24 - THE DOCTRINE OF LAYING ON OF HANDS

There are some Scriptures in which the apostles and other early Christians laid their hands on people to convey a blessing. However, the doctrine of laying on of hands was one of the elementary doctrines in the New Testament churches, the more mature saints had out-grown. What’s in it for us?
