Why do you suppose some people are so "turned off" by the idea of "church?" Could it be theyve misunderstand, or don't know what the Bible says about the church?

October 17 - SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE God is Creator of the family, the state (governments) and the church. As the family is not the church, nor the church the family, and neither reigns over the other, so the church is not the government nor the government the church and neither reigns over the other. Still members of our families are members of the church and citizens of the state and have responsibilities in all. What are they and what are their limits?
October 24 - THE POWER OF HIS RESURRECTION Traditionally preachers hold their resurrection sermons until Easter Sunday. October 31 - WHAT CAN THE RIGHTEOUS DO? Our country is in the midst of a character melt-down. While our youth die for freedom abroad, we are rapidly racing toward a police state at home.
