July 05 — How Beautiful Heaven Must Be

This program was announced for June 28th. However, we decided on the encore presentation for the week of July 4th. The purpose of this message is to kindle in the hearts of unbelievers and re-kindle in the hearts of believers the desire to go to heaven.

July 12 — How God Sees Sin

Many think the concept of sin should be softened. People often like to avoid the topic of sin altogether. One well-known preacher says that calling anyone a “sinner” is the worst thing that a Christian can do, but the Bible uses words to describe sin hundreds of times. God very likely sees sin very differently than many today. Does God see sin the way we do?

July 19 — A Servant's Heart

If we could choose to be anything we wanted in life, not many people would choose to be a servant. Inspite of this, Jesus considered himself a servant; and Paul considered himself a servant. Jesus said the greatest person in the kingdom is the one who is servant of all. What is there about a servant that makes Jesus prize him so highly?

July 26 — Why Should I Allow You Into My Heaven?

Recently I came across a bold and challenging question. The Lord Jesus is standing at the gate of the city of heaven. The Lord asks each person wanting to enter, “Why should I allow you into my heaven?” How would you answer this question, and what does the Bible say?
